Who is Rock OUTlet.com?

Rock OUTlet.com is an online dealer of brand-name used musical instruments, vinyl records,

CDs and other music-related merchandise located in St. Louis, Missouri.

What payment methods are accepted?

Rock OUTlet.com only accepts payments through PayPal. You will need a valid PayPal account

to complete an order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free!

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to locations in Missouri only.

How will my order be shipped?

Large-size orders will ship via UPS ground and should be received within five working days.

Records will ship via USPS media mail, and CDs will ship USPS first class. Tracking numbers will

be provided for all shipping methods. Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering

process…and may be reduced when purchasing multiple items.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for damaged goods only. If you receive a damaged item or one that is not

what you expected, please contact us at orders@rockoutlet.com for return instructions.
